On September 13 we got 6 inches of rain in about 4 hours. I think that ranks as a thousand year event. You will note that recently 1000 year events happen about every other year. No damage was done other than putting road rocks in the yard and leaving a big log to be removed. Here is the video recorded by the brave videographer.
